We want you to love every product you receive from Always Bubbles. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care products, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we’re happy to work with you to resolve any concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jill@alwaysbubbles.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The item was damaged during shipping
- An item was sent in error and a replacement isn’t available
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
