Soaps: Goat's Milk Goodness for Mind and Body

Goat Milk Makes Our Soaps The GOAT

Goat milk, a nutrient-dense, and super-rich moisturizing liquid, has been used in the art of cold-process soap making for centuries.

And, when you consider all the beneficial properties in goat milk–vitamins A, B1, B12, B6, E, and C and minerals like zinc, magnesium, and selenium, it makes perfect sense.

Here are just a few of the potential benefits of using our handmade, small-batch, cold-process goat milk soaps:

  • Moisturizing. The rich ingredients and creamy qualities of goat milk create a natural moisturizing benefit.

  • Gentle Exfoliant. Many exfoliants, like coffee grounds or apricot pits, can be too abrasive for some people’s skin. Goat milk contains natural alpha hydroxy acid, a gentle exfoliant.

  • PH balance. Goat milk’s pH is very similar to our skin's, so it helps our skin maintain a healthy balance.

  • Anti-Inflammatory. Goat milk’s natural fats and proteins help soothe or combat inflammation.

  • Anti-aging. Oxidation, the process of free radicals in aging skin, can be combatted by the rich properties of goat milk soap.

  • Natural. One of the most important benefits of natural goat milk beauty products and soaps is that they contain no harmful, harsh chemicals that can dry skin or have other adverse or unwanted effects.

We avoid mass production of our products and always strive to keep them as “natural” and gentle as possible.

*We do not make any health benefit promises, and everyone’s skin is unique. Some people, especially those with milk allergies, may want to avoid using goat milk-based products.
